The DGT Automatic Case Packer Machine is an all-in-one, compact, end packaging machine which is equipped with an integrated case erector (box former), servo-controlled product laner (divider), product accumulator, robotic/rotary pick & place system and case sealer (box sealer).

Each subsystem is designed to automate a specific stage of the case packing process while maintaining flexibility for different product types and production requirements.
Automatically forms corrugated cases and prepares them for product loading. An operator-loadable magazine is available for loading while the machine is running.
Arranges incoming products according to the required packing pattern. The servo-controlled laner is adjustable for various container sizes and allows for quick recipe change-over.

The pick & place system transfers products from the accumulator into the prepared case. Depending on production requirements, the ACPM can be equipped with a high-speed rotary system, a linear traverser, or a robotic arm solution.
Once products have been loaded, the integrated case sealer automatically folds and seals the box for further processing. This station is equipped with ergonomic width and height adjustment of box management features.
